1. What this covers

This policy explains how AccessLynk uses cookies, local storage, service workers, and similar browser technologies on the public website and application portal.

2. Technologies we use

Essential cookies
Used for secure sessions, authentication, fraud prevention, and keeping users signed in where appropriate.
Local storage and browser storage
Used for operational reliability, such as draft recovery, device preferences, PWA state, and avoiding repeated setup friction.
Service worker cache
Used for static assets and installed-app behavior. Authenticated dynamic pages are not intentionally cached for stale dashboard use.
Notification permission and push subscription storage
Used only when a user enables push alerts on a supported browser or installed app.

3. No advertising cookies

We do not currently use advertising cookies, ad retargeting pixels, or third-party behavioral advertising trackers on AccessLynk.

4. Third-party links

Consultation booking, Google Meet, email, and other external links may be operated by third parties and may use their own cookies or browser technologies. Their policies apply when you leave AccessLynk.

5. Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but essential login and application features may stop working.
  • You can revoke notification permission in your browser or device settings.
  • You can clear local storage, but some draft recovery, offline support, or device preference features may reset.
  • Customer organizations should instruct shared gate devices to use approved browsers, secure device accounts, and proper sign-out procedures.
