These Terms of Use apply to access and use of AccessLynk, operated by LnykBridge Technologies. By accessing the website, portal, consultation booking, or application, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Authorized use
- Customers may use AccessLynk only for lawful visitor access management, security desk operations, host approvals, visitor history, reporting, and related administrative purposes.
- Users must keep login details confidential, use their own account, and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
- Customer administrators are responsible for choosing the right roles, removing users who should no longer have access, and keeping organization data accurate.
- Visitors, residents, hosts, staff, and security personnel must not misuse QR codes, visitor passes, approval screens, or operational records.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide appropriate privacy notices to residents, staff, students, vendors, visitors, and security teams before using AccessLynk operationally.

- Avoid entering sensitive personal data unless it is necessary, lawful, and approved by the customer organization.
- Keep gates, destinations, host links, roles, and organization settings current.
- Ensure local security procedures remain appropriate. AccessLynk supports security operations but does not replace human judgment, legal obligations, or emergency response.
4. Privacy and data protection
AccessLynk is designed to support responsible personal data processing under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023. Customer-managed visitor records are normally controlled by the customer organization, while AccessLynk provides the service and processing support.
Customers must not use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment, covert monitoring, or any purpose that violates privacy, employment, school, security, or other applicable laws.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass authentication, role restrictions, tenant boundaries, audit controls, or rate limits.
- Uploading malware, scripts, spam, phishing content, unlawful content, or data that the customer has no right to process.
- Using visitor records for unrelated marketing, resale, profiling, harassment, or unauthorized disclosure.
- Sharing live operational access with unauthorized people or allowing a single account to be used by multiple individuals.
- Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, attacking, overloading, or disrupting the service.
6. Service availability and changes
We work to keep AccessLynk dependable, especially for real gate environments, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, modify, suspend, or remove features where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
7. Plans, pilots, and payment
Commercial terms, pilot periods, pricing, support levels, usage limits, onboarding scope, and renewal terms may be set out in a separate order, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed customer agreement controls for that customer to the extent of the conflict.
8. Intellectual property
AccessLynk, the website, application, workflows, visual design, software, documentation, and product materials are owned by or licensed to LnykBridge Technologies. Customers retain ownership of their organization data and operational records, subject to the rights needed for us to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, respond to non-payment, address security risk, comply with law, investigate abuse, or prevent harm. When a customer leaves the service, we will handle data export, retention, and deletion in line with the customer agreement and our Data Retention page.
10. Liability
AccessLynk is a visitor management and security workflow tool. It does not guarantee that every visitor risk will be detected or prevented. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for losses caused by customer misuse, inaccurate data, unauthorized shared accounts, poor internet connectivity, device failure, or security procedures outside our control.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the appropriate courts or tribunals in Nigeria, subject to any written customer agreement.
