Service providers

Service providers used to deliver AccessLynk.

AccessLynk uses trusted infrastructure and communication providers to host the platform, store data, send email, schedule consultations, and deliver optional notifications.

1. What this page means

These are third-party service providers, sometimes called subprocessors, that may process personal data to help us provide AccessLynk.

We use these providers for limited purposes and expect them to support appropriate security, confidentiality, availability, and data protection obligations.

2. Current service providers and provider categories

3. Provider changes

  • We may add, replace, or remove providers as the service grows, improves, or requires better security and reliability.
  • Where a customer contract requires notice before material service provider changes, we will follow that contract.
  • We aim to keep this page current so customers can review provider categories before onboarding.

4. Cross-border processing

Some providers may process data outside Nigeria. We limit the data shared, use reputable providers, and rely on appropriate technical, organizational, and contractual safeguards.
